Welcome to Route 9 Cleaning Services! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services.

By booking a cleaning service or accessing our website (route9cleaningservices.com), you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not agree with all of the terms stated here.

 

1. Services Offered

Route 9 Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Essex Counties in New Jersey. Services include standard, deep, move-in/move-out, post-renovation, and office cleanings, as well as optional add-ons.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our booking platform or over the phone.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards. A hold may be placed on your card prior to service.

  • Pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows or locked-out appointments (where our cleaners cannot access the property) may result in a full-service charge.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no extra cost. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to areas not included in the original scope of work.

5. Pets and Special Conditions

  • Homes with pets may incur additional fees due to the time required to remove pet hair and dander.

  • Additional charges may apply for homes with excessive dirt, debris, biohazards, hoarding, or damage.

6. Damage and Liability

  • While we take great care during every visit, accidents can happen. Please report any damages within 24 hours of service.

  • Route 9 Cleaning Services is insured and will investigate claims promptly.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or items not secured properly.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we encounter unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile working conditions.

8. Website Usage

All content on route9cleaningservices.com is for informational purposes only and is the property of Route 9 Cleaning Services LLC. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided for booking or inquiries will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill services or comply with the law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
